Sessions
Who is a Missionary? Explore the freedom of our Christian heritage through a brief history of African Americans in missions. Make new discoveries of what missions is by answering the questions, "Who am I? What was I created to do? What is my purposed mission? Where is my mission field?" Healthy Missions Breakthrough the shackles of fear about health issues and learn to live in a state of wellness abroad. Confidently and successfully fulfill God’s mission, while serving in places where public health care facilities are limited. Youth in Missions Slam the power of Satan’s chains by discovering the pure excitement and sheer passion of God for His own. Discover how God is using teenagers and young adults to change the world. Youth will be empowered and set on fire by the adventure in serving Him in foreign lands. Islam and 10/40Window Tear down the walls of confusion that divide us from our brothers and sisters. By understanding the fact and fallacies of Islam, learn to boldly speak "the words of life" and share the true compassion of Christ, which transcends religion and penetrates the heart. International Travel Today Experience the sovereignty of God beyond political borders as we uncover issues involving safe international travel. Learn what is needed in terms of international travel: proper documents, airport security, how to pack for ministry, as well as discovering how to be safe in crisis situations. Missions and Culture Allow God to lift the weight of the every day encumbrances that entangle us. Learn to overcome cultural barriers in order to work with and minister to people of other countries. Begin to distinguish the difference between culture and God’s Word. | ||
